Guidelines for poster presenters

Presentation style:

l   Short presentation (3 minutes) + poster session (55 minutes).

Short presentation:

l   [Preparation] You are requested to give a short presentation of 3 minutes using a PC and a projector. There will be no PC provided by the committee, hence you have to bring your own PC.

l   [Session time and location] The short presentation session will be held in Rooms A (301B) and B (302B) from 13:25 - 14:25 Tuesday, June 7. Please be sure to check your assigned room and slot in the final technical program:

Poster session:

l   [Poster format] The size of the poster board is 120 centimeters wide and 210 centimeters tall (47.2 inches wide and 82.6 inches tall). You are free to choose a poster format as long as your poster stays within the board size. The poster materials should be attachable with pushpins provided by the committee.

l   [Time and location for mounting] Posters can be mounted in the "Exhibits, Posters" room (Room 301A) from 09:50 - 17:45 Monday, June 6 and 09:00 - 13:25 Tuesday, June 7. Each poster board will have a small display of the assigned presenters which may be torn down when the poster is mounted. Your poster must be mounted by 13:25.

l   [Session time] Please be in front of your poster during the poster session time (14:25 - 15:20 Tuesday, June 7. 55 minutes.).

l   [Teardown] Posters should remain mounted and be available for viewing until the afternoon coffee break 14:55 - 15:15 of Wednesday, June 8. After the coffee break will be the time for poster teardown. Posters that are not taken down by 17:00 will be taken down and thrown away by the committee.
