Registration and Refund Policies Registration Policies All registration categories (Regular, +Student and ++Senior, Foreign Regular, *Foreign Student and Senior) include access to All technical sessions, Poster sessions, Exhibits, Proceedings, Welcome reception, Coffee break, Banquet and Technical tour.   + A Student must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. ID is required for all student. Proper ID is required for registration.   ++ Senior prices are applied for participants who retired from full-time job.   * Foreign prices are applied for participants who don't belong Japanese university, institute, company etc. The foreign prices are independent on the Nationality.   Please be sure to wear your official symposium badge at all times. Those without a badge will be denied access to the event.   Refund Policy For presenters, refund requests must be e-mailed to vrceng.niigata-u.ac.jp by April 30, 2011. Once the refund is issued, the paper will be removed from the proceedings and the presentation will be removed from the final program. ASV committee will assess a JPY4,000 administrative fee for all cancellations. Cancellations after April 30, 2011 will not be honored.   For registration questions please contact: vrceng.niigata-u.ac.jp   Registration Requirement for presenters at ASV11 Every published paper, presentation and poster must identify a designated presenter. This presenter must register and pay the applicable conference fees by the Early registration date (March 31, 2011). If not, the paper will not be included for publication in the proceedings and the accompanying presentation information will be removed from the conference program.   Non-Presenting Authors and Chairs All participants, including non-presenting authors, session chairs and co-chairs are required to register and pay the appropriate registration fee.
